1. Purpose of Coursecado Care
Coursecado Care exists to create a respectful, supportive, and human-centered environment where people can freely express their thoughts, stress, confusion, worries, or personal concerns.

8. Limitations of Support
Coursecado Care is a supportive listening and guidance initiative. It does not replace medical treatment, emergency services, legal services, or licensed therapy.
9. Revenue Sharing Model
Coursecado Care operates on a 50/50 revenue-sharing model for paid counseling sessions.
50% Coursecado
50% Counselor
Example: For a ৳1,000 counseling session, Coursecado receives ৳500 and the Counselor receives ৳500.
Coursecado's share covers marketing, promotion, client acquisition, booking management, payment processing, platform maintenance, customer support, and operational costs. Counselors do not need to spend their own money on advertising or attracting clients.
10. Recruitment Process
Coursecado will first review and screen your application. If your profile matches our requirements, you will be invited for an interview. After the interview, Coursecado will inform you of the final decision (selected or not selected) within 24 hours.
11. Official Selection Process
The complete recruitment and onboarding process will be finalized within 10 days from the date of selection.
12. Safe Resignation Policy
If any counselor wishes to leave Coursecado, they must provide a written notice at least 30 days in advance, along with a clear explanation and reason for their resignation.
13.Counselor Benefits
As a Coursecado Counselor, you will receive: Official Job Experience Certificate , 30% Discount on All Coursecado Courses, Other benefits and opportunities as determined by Coursecado from time to time.
14. Termination Rights
Coursecado reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any counselor who violates these terms and conditions, harms users, discloses confidential information, engages in misconduct, or damages the safety, integrity, or reputation of Coursecado. Additionally, any candidate who fails to respond to official Coursecado communications or complete the required onboarding procedures within the 10-day selection period will be considered to have forfeited their position, even if they have successfully passed the interview and received a selection notification. In such cases, the selection will be automatically revoked, and the candidate must submit a new application to be considered for future opportunities. Furthermore, after becoming an official Coursecado Counselor, counselors are expected to maintain active communication with the organization. Counselors who remain inactive or fail to respond to official Coursecado emails or communications for a period of 12 consecutive days without prior notice or a valid explanation may be subject to suspension or termination at the sole discretion of Coursecado.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By joining or participating in Coursecado Care, the counselor confirms acceptance of all responsibilities, privacy standards, and professional expectations. Coursecado reserves the right to modify, update, or amend any of these terms, conditions, policies, or benefits at any time, with or without prior notice, as deemed necessary by the organization.
