1. Instructor Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years old. Instructors aged 15–17 are allowed only with a parental or guardian permission.
- Have the legal right to offer educational content and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
2. Course Content Requirements
- Courses must be original and must not infringe any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
- Provide high-quality, structured, complete, and professionally presented educational content.
- No offensive, illegal, or inappropriate material is allowed.
3. Revenue Sharing & Payments
- Coursecado follows a 60/40 revenue share — instructors receive 60% of course revenue. Example: If a course earns $100, the instructor gets $60 and Coursecado gets $40.
- Revenue is calculated after deducting transaction fees, platform fees, and applicable taxes.
- Payments are processed monthly via PayPal, Visa, or MasterCard, Bkash , Nagad , Bank Transfer. Minimum payout threshold: $25.
4. Course Pricing & Promotions
- Instructors set course prices; Coursecado may run promotions and discounts.
- Coursecado markets and advertises courses at no charge to instructors.
- Instructors should not sell the same course at a significantly lower price on other platforms.
5. Instructor Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and your courses.
- Engage with students and answer questions in a timely manner.
- Keep courses updated and comply with Coursecado policies and guidelines.
6. Ownership & Licensing
- Instructors retain full ownership of their course content. However, once a course is uploaded, Coursecado holds full usage rights, and the instructor cannot delete it without Coursecado’s permission or a valid reason.
- By uploading content, you grant Coursecado a non-exclusive, worldwide license to market and distribute your course.
7. Content Removal & Termination
- Coursecado may remove any course that violates policies or fails to meet quality standards.
- Instructors may request course removal with a 30-day notice.
- Breaches of this agreement may result in suspension or termination of the instructor account.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Uploading plagiarized or copyrighted content without valid licensing.
- Providing misleading information or engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
- Collecting students’ personal information for unauthorized purposes.
- If any instructor distributes the same course with identical materials or videos on another platform, Coursecado will either file a legal case or make the course free and promote it at no cost.
9. Liability & Indemnification
Coursecado is not responsible for disputes, legal claims, or liabilities arising from an instructor’s content. Instructors agree to indemnify and hold Coursecado harmless from related claims, damages, or losses.
10. Performance & Course Boosting Policy
- If a course receives poor reviews or fails to sell after a couple of boosts, promotions, or student reviews, Coursecado will stop boosting that course for 2 months.
- The instructor must provide a clear explanation why similar courses by others are selling successfully while theirs is not.
- If Coursecado determines the issue is the instructor’s teaching style, and the instructor fails to improve after receiving guidelines, the course or instructor may face permanent suspension or a ban.
11. Live Consultation & Personal Consultancy
- If a student requests a live consultation or personal consultancy, the student must contact Coursecado directly.
- Coursecado will arrange the meeting; a consultancy fee will apply.
- Revenue sharing for consultancy fees: Coursecado deducts 12% and the instructor receives 88%. (Example: for a $30 fee, Coursecado keeps $3.60; instructor receives $26.40.)
12. Support & Collaboration
Coursecado will handle all major tasks after you submit your course and materials, including video editing, formatting, and management. We aim to make the production process as smooth as possible for you.
However, please note that we do not create slides or worksheets for instructors unless specifically instructed by our senior course creator team. We can provide guidance and support on how to create an effective syllabus and other course planning aspects via email.

13. Amendments & Updates
Coursecado may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Instructors will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
