Coursecado — Student Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
To use Coursecado as a student, you must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country). If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
3. Use of Coursecado
Use Coursecado for personal learning and educational purposes only. You agree not to:
- Copy, record, download, or distribute course content without permission.
- Use the platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
- Disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Coursecado systems or other users’ accounts.
4. Courses & Content
- All course materials (videos, documents, quizzes, etc.) are owned by Coursecado and/or the instructor.
- You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access purchased or enrolled courses for your personal learning only.
- Course availability, formats, and access periods may vary by course and policy.
5. Payments & Refunds
- You agree to provide valid payment information for paid courses or services.
- Payments are generally non-refundable unless stated in Coursecado’s Refund Policy.
- Promotional offers and discounts are subject to their own terms and time limits.
6. Student Conduct
- Treat instructors, staff, and peers respectfully at all times.
- Avoid plagiarism, cheating, or any misuse of assessments.
- Comply with community guidelines and all applicable laws.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Coursecado collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to this processing in accordance with applicable laws.
8. Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, and content on Coursecado remain the property of Coursecado or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, modify, translate, or exploit any intellectual property without prior written consent.
9. Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
- Accounts terminated for misconduct are not eligible for refunds.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- Coursecado does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, certifications, or job placement.
- The platform and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Coursecado is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
13. Live Classes & Instructor Conduct (Important)
If, during live classes, any instructor:
- Attempts to manipulate you to leave Coursecado;
- Provides false or misleading information about Coursecado;
- Approaches you personally and urges you to join another platform; or
- Mishandles or mistreats you (including harassment or inappropriate behavior),
Coursecado will take action in accordance with applicable law.
Note: Providing false reports may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension.
