Coursecado Student Refund Policy
At Coursecado, we aim to provide high-quality learning experiences. If you feel that a course does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process under the conditions below.
✓ 1. Eligibility for Refunds ▾
Students may request a refund if:
- The request is made within 7 days of enrollment.
- Less than 20% of the course content has been completed.
- No certificates, downloadable premium materials, or completion badges have been accessed.
✕ 2. Non-Refundable Situations ▾
Refunds will not be granted if:
- More than 20% of the course has been completed.
- The refund request is submitted after the 7-day window.
- The course was purchased through a bundle or special promotional deal clearly marked as non-refundable.
- The student has violated Coursecado’s terms of use or engaged in abusive behavior.

If you encounter technical problems preventing course access:
- Contact support immediately.
- Refunds may be granted if Coursecado cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

- Course title
- Course Code/Verification number
- Reason for requesting a refund
Coursecado will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
